We are on the hunt for the next legend to take over the schnitzel throne!
Harry takes his schnitzeling mighty serious. From the way he prepares the chicken to the way he presses it in the flour. The result is a schnitzel so light, so golden, so flavoursome that you'll look at it in a way that invites strangers to walk up to you and say, "get a room". Harrys have been serving up schnitzels since 2011 and currently have 4 stores in Newcastle.
Harrys famous eating challenge is the best in the region with people travelling far and wide to have the chance to be named the 'Schnitzel King'. The competition will take place in August and September 21 with the first preliminary round of challenges held at each store – Marketown, Jesmond, Thornton and The Junction. The winner from each store will then progress to the competition final which will be held on World Schnitzel Day - Thursday, 9 September 21 at the Jesmond store.
In the final, the professional eater that eats 3 Harrys famous wraps the quickest within 15 minutes shall be crowned 'The Schnitzel King' and will be awarded the 2021 Schnitzel King Tee and a $200 gift card.

To compete in the preliminary round, please complete the details below. You must also download and sign the waiver document. A deposit of $25 is required in order to register and will be refunded on the day of competition, providing the contestant is present and participates. Staff from Harry's Head Office will contact all nominees once forms have been received.
